Isram Realty and Management has been in business for nearly ten years. Since it's inception, this family owned business has flourished in both areas, commercial and residential. With offices located on the outskirts of Aventura, we specialize in the North Miami Beach area, and are able to easily service this community, due to our diligence, and refined working knowledge of the many properties available in thispart of town.

Isram Realty also has plans to expand our operation by the winter of 2005, to include even more agents, more advanced features, and more convenient options for you, the consumer.
Jean Rikman, has been involved with residential sales and leasing for over ten years. She specializes in the Aventura area, but is familiar with a range of properties, from South Beach to Fort Lauderdale.

In addition to holding a Florida Broker's license, she also holds a B.A. from Queens College, N.Y.C. She also has a Florida Mortgage Broker's license. She speaks English and Hebrew fluently.
 

Daphna Rikman, has been with Isram Realty since 2003. She is involved in residential sales and leasing, specializing in Aventura, Sunny Isles, and Hallandale areas.
Daphna holds a B.S. from Florida International University, School of Hospitality and Management, and possesses strong sales and marketing skills in her field. She, also, speaks both English and Hebrew

 
Flavia Hayoun, has been with Isram Realty since 2004. She holds a Business Administration Degree from Boa Viagem University, Brazil. She also has extensive marketing/sales experience, and speaks Portuguese, Spanish, and English fluently. She specializes in the Aventura, Sunny Isles and Hallandale areas.
 
PNINA DAGON, has over 12 years experience in the real estate business. She is an Aventura specialist/resident and also has an extensive knowledge of Coral Gables and Kendall area, as well as North Miami and Miami Beach. PNINA is bilingual speaking both Hebrew and English. As always buying and selling with PNINA has its privileges.
ADAH GERSTENHABER, is a very enthusiastic addition to our office. She has lived in the Miami area for 28 years thus you will find her very knowledgeable of the area and the Real Estate market.
