I have had the pleasure of working with Daphna Rickman for the past 6 months. She was easy to communicate with, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Daphna was calm and positive at all times, even when I felt discouraged. Daphna constantly took the initiative to show our rental property as many times as she could, even if it meant going out of her way or driving back and forth twice in a day. I am very appreciative of everything she did for us. Daphna took all the proper steps in performing background checks, getting credit reports and following all the necessary steps in order to find us a responsible tenant. I would recommend Daphna to any of my friends who are looking for a realtor. Even after the keys were turned over, she was still available to answer any questions. I feel as if Daphna became our friend, not just our realtor.
